Can I directly deposit the payment to your bank account?

How will the customer be informed/notified about the successful transaction?

Do you have an option of Western Union transfer?
Currently, we do not accept payments via Western Union.

What is the Free Lab Certificate?
Every gemstone purchased from GemPundit comes with a Free Lab Certificate from a reputed gemological laboratory, verifying its authenticity and details.
How can I tell if a gemstone is real or fake?
You can verify your gemstone using the Free Lab Certificate provided. Additionally, our experts ensure that all gems are 100% natural and lab-tested.
How much time does it take to dispatch a loose gemstone?
Loose gemstones are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
How much time does it take to dispatch gemstone jewelry?
Since jewelry is often made to order or customized, it generally takes 7–10 business days to dispatch.
Which are the gemstones that are not shipped outside India?
Some gemstones like natural red coral and natural pearl have shipping restrictions and may not be allowed outside India due to export regulations.
Can gemstones be shipped to Russia through Express Shipping?
Yes, we do offer Express Shipping to Russia, subject to customs clearance and local regulations. Please contact our support team for specifics before placing the order.
How do I see my orders and order status?
You can view all your orders by logging into your account.
Go to the “Account” section on the top right of our website.
Click on “My Orders” to see a list of your recent purchases.
Here, you can check the current status, payment details, and estimated delivery time for each order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and SMS with the tracking number.

You can click the link to view real-time delivery updates directly on the courier’s website.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method where you pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery, instead of paying online during checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery available for all locations?
COD is available for most pin codes across India. However, there may be exceptions based on remote or restricted areas. You can check availability by entering your pin code on the checkout page.
Is Cash on Delivery available for all products?
Most products are eligible for COD, but a few high-value or customized items may require prepayment. The availability will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.
Is Cash on Delivery available for any amount?
COD is typically offered for orders up to a certain value limit (e.g., ₹10,000 or ₹20,000). For higher-value purchases, we recommend using prepaid options like UPI, card, or NetBanking.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
After placing your order with the COD option:
Your product is packed and shipped normally.
Upon delivery, you will hand over the payment (cash only) to the courier agent.
After payment, the agent will hand you the package.
How many days does it take to deliver the order?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and product availability. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I pay the Cash on Delivery courier person in any other way than Cash?
Currently, we only accept cash for COD orders. If you prefer using digital payment methods, please choose a prepaid option at checkout.
Will the Cash on Delivery courier person call before he comes?
While many delivery agents do call before arriving, it is not guaranteed. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates for accurate delivery timing.
Can I open the package before paying the money?
No, packages can only be opened after full payment is made. This is a standard policy to ensure safe delivery and prevent tampering.
Can I track my Cash on Delivery shipment online?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your COD order in real-time.
If I have placed an order with a COD option, can I change it to a prepaid order?
Yes, you can switch to prepaid. Please contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process.
